Mark has years of experience as an educationist and a wealth of experience from across the world as a children, teens, and youth development project initiator. He is also committed to helping the younger generation discover the power of love and how love can change the world in the fight of poverty alleviation. Mark applies his knowledge of innovative learning skills and teaching methodologies in helping educational institutions at the basic, secondary, and tertiary levels re-develop academic curricula into more interactive learning contents using games, visuals, audio and CBT technologies in improving teaching and learning in developing countries. His passion for the younger generation is remarkable. Mark combines his studies at the University of Ghana, Legon in addition to his wide set of skill knowledge gain from extensive field work and experience in helping CTIW manage its projects and achieve project goals.

Susana is an ad-hoc volunteer administrator at the CTIW Foundation, driven by a profound affection for children and a deep-seated commitment to communicating God's unconditional love that surpasses all understanding. She combines her academic knowledge and genuine desire to serve with her business administration background from the University. Having completed an impactful internship with the CTIW Foundation's evangelism content production team in 2019, she has been an active volunteer with the foundation, working tirelessly to spread the message of God's love wide and far. She serves as an inspiration of hope and illustrates the transformative power of God's love and compassion in the lives of children.

Regina Noweyo Mac-Doqu is an administrator at the CTIW Foundation. She is guided by integrity, hardwork, diligence, selflessness and the love for the less privileged in society. She is an advocate for youth empowerment and loves to be a good example to young people. She is dedicated to community development, especially rural communities. Her Bachelor's degree in Geography and Rural Development and Masters degree in Sustainable and Integrated Rural Development at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has inspired her a lot to work towards the improvement of the quality of life of rural folks who are mostly disadvantaged in terms of development in Ghana. She combines her academic knowledge, innovativeness and genuine desire to serve to contribute to the success of CTIW Foundation. She is simply a changemaker and would go all out to make a positive impact in society.
